彩钢瓦翻新专用漆不能喷涂过厚或漆膜层间干得不透，遇到水气等,漆膜干燥状况不良。如果面漆漆膜厚度超厚或因其他原因底漆中的溶剂不能充分发挥出来,层间的漆膜界面会因为溶剂的存在形成蜂窝状，使得涂膜疏松、强度下降,造成附着力下降，一旦破损就会造成脱落。

防治方法:彩钢瓦翻新漆漆膜需干透后并经打磨，可以涂覆面漆，以增加涂层间附着力。但也要防止底漆过度干燥。底漆过度干燥后，底漆中缺少具有活性的极性基团，使得面漆与底漆之间缺乏来自化学键的结合力，从而会降低层间附着力，导致脱落。为了防止层剥落,还要注意,严禁被涂物暴露时间过长，暴露时间过长，底材或底漆容易被异物如油等污染,表面发生粉化或因长时间暴露生成新的化学物质时，面漆不能与底漆或底材充分接触，也会影响涂层之间的附着力，造成彩钢瓦翻新漆漆膜脱落。

因为彩钢瓦翻新专用漆本身性能原因产生的剥落情况不多见,大部分都是因为底材处理不干净，或者底漆超过了规定的涂装间隔而没有按照要求进行清洁处理所致，因此装前的清理工作要保证涂膜间有足够的附着力，避免产生脱落弊病是关键。
